James "Jim" Digan was named President of Baylor Medical Foundation and Senior Vice President for Institutional Advancement at Baylor College of Medicine in April of 2018.
Jim has more than 25 years of experience in academic and hospital fundraising. Prior to joining Baylor College of Medicine, Jim served as President of Nationwide Children's Foundation and Vice President of International Outreach for Nationwide Children's Hospital in Columbus, Ohio. Jim has served in a leadership role for several foundations: as President of the Rochester General Foundation in New York, and as Executive Vice President for Development and Chief Advancement Officer at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. Jim has held several other academic and development positions, including Director of the Zweig Foundation, a private family foundation established to improve society by supporting the environment, education and health care. Jim is a proud graduate of Colgate University in New York.
