Diane Strachan, a native Clevelander, has been working in the non-profit development field in various leadership capacities for over two decades. Her breadth of experience includes social service, higher education, health care and museum service. Diane currently serves as the Director of Philanthropy at the Cleveland Museum of Art where her expertise in gift planning and donor relations have supported numerous campaigns raising over $350,000,000. Diane completed the Certified Fund Raising Executive credential in 2003.
Diane is a past president of the Association of Fundraising Professionals Greater Cleveland Chapter, the Northern Ohio Planned Giving Council, as well as the Western Reserve Planned Giving Council. Currently, she serves on the program committee of the Northern Ohio Planned Giving Council and is a member of the Estate Planning Council of Cleveland. She is a frequent speaker on gift planning and major and principal gift development.
